We established Al Nokhbah Management Consultancy in 1996 to provide management consulting and business development services to realize our vision of empowering corporate leaders, managers and professionals to implement innovative methods, systems and global management practices.

Our mission is to provide and guide creative management solutions to our clients in the government and private sectors through fostering knowledge and orchestrating world-wide partnerships. We use the latest technologies and developments, research and management techniques, all combined with coaching and training of human resources. Our key commitment is to assist our clients in the best ways that are most important to them and help establish sustainable and flourishing businesses. we design, prepare, and deliver services through a value system founded on innovation, independence, transparency, fair competition, clarity, responsibility, and integrity.

We worked to deliver the message of “Quality and Excellence” to all sectors and because of the growing appreciation of our customers we expanded our services to cover new service areas such as innovation, future shaping, artificial intelligence, strategic planning, excellence and organization development and others. We proudly succeeded in ensuring satisfied and delighted customers.

Over the last 24 years, our capabilities and potentials have matured and we have become one of the best companies in the region. We opened branches in United Arab Emirates and Palestine with strategic partnerships in Jordan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, USA, and Canada. These includes partnerships that existing from 10 years with the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and recently with the Global Innovation Institute in USA (GInI).

Absolutely, the improvement in our customers’ performance is the indicator of our success. We have worked with hundreds of clients locally and regionally; our efforts have been highly recognized and appreciated as shown by the feedback we receive from clients. The benefits achieved to clients include achieving local and global awards and accreditations, reduction in wasted time and materials, increased use of electronic information systems, improved performance of manpower, and reduced costs.

However, development has no limits, and as our clients have found wide horizons and achieved high degrees of improvement, we are also seeking to develop all areas of our work.
