IDMC Conducted Training Project based on EFQM Excellence Model for Trahum
This project included training a dedicated group on the EFQM Assessor Course EAT, the world’s first certificate to provide and prove the capabilities, skills and knowledge of experts, practitioners and professionals in the field of organizational excellence and to conduct independent professional evaluation of institutions that adopt and apply the European EFQM Global Excellence Model, and to prepare professional evaluation reports using the model’s mechanisms and radar logic.
