This project included qualifying UAE PRO LEAGUE towards obtaining the Quality Management System ISO9001:2015 Certificate. The project began with analyzing the gaps between the current quality management practices in UAE PRO LEAGUE and the standard's requirements, accordingly, development plans were developed and executed to comply with standard requirements. The outputs of this project included quality management policies and procedures manuals. Based on the effective implementation of the system and the results of internal audits, the new quality management system has been audited by an external audit body, which successfully passed and gained the certificate. The project also includeي qualifying UAE PRO LEAGUE to obtain “Validated by EFQM” certificate, which is granted by the European Foundation for Quality Management. This part of the project included conducting a self-assessment, then preparing the development projects necessary to close the most important areas for improvements resulted from the self-assessment, and then assessing these projects by EFQM Validator. Which ended with UAE PRO LEAGUE successfully obtaining the “Validated by EFQM” certificate!
