This project included designing and delivering "Coaching" for a group of managers based on (one–to–one) practical technical assistance and coaching program designed as per participants’ needs. First, we implemented an assessment for all participants’ knowledge, skills, capabilities using KSA model. Assessment results were put in detailed individual reports that showed strengths and weaknesses; and accordingly, these coaching sessions were designed to bridge the gaps and delivered to each participant using individual sessions.
