Development project according to the International Standard for the Risk Management ISO27001, Quality Management ISO9001, Quality Management for Training ISO 10015- National Bureau for Statistics-2012
This project had several components and objectives: implementing Information Security System (ISO27001), Quality Management (ISO9001), and Training Management (ISO10015). The project started by analyzing the Bureau work processes and results, and accordingly, development plans were prepared to close the gaps. The outputs of this project included policies, manuals, procedures for managing information security, quality management and training management. Based on the effective implementation of these systems and the results of internal audits and continuous training, the bureau successfully passed the external auditing process.
