Dr Ghanim led this project through planning and implementation of a comprehensive organizational assessment of the Authority in accordance with the 4 G excellence model of Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP), which lasted for 6 weeks of continuous work through which the team carried out many field interviews with RTA key officials and studied available documents. This part ended with a detailed professional report showing all areas of strength and possible improvement opportunities that can open up new horizons for the Authority to achieve greater excellence. The project also included the preparation of a detailed improvement plan for the Authority, including quick wins and long term initiatives. The project also included training for 75 staff members.
