This program came with Al Rostamani Investment Group in Dubai in preparation for building an integrated performance appraisal system in all aspects of the group. The program included 20 participants representing CEOs and financial managers of Al Rostamani Group companies. The program was designed according to the actual needs of the company and included case studies from the realities of work in the subsidiaries of the group.
