In order to enhance its capabilities in the field of organizational excellence according to the European Excellence Model, ENEC worked with us to provide EFQM accredited training by Dr. Amjed Ghanem to a number of 70 participants from different departments. Most of them passed the requirements of the program and achieved accreditation as EFQM assessors. In year 2016, we also provided a group of 10 ENEC leaders with a new training, Project Validation, for project review and assessment.
